Shrove Tuesday and beyond.

The weekly cooking conundrum is solved this week because on Monday we have the Chinese New Year and Tuesday is Shrove Tuesday, otherwise known as Pancake Day.

Overseas it is often known as Mardi Gras and there are some wonderful colourful festivities in Rio but we do have some fun of our own.
