Green light for major projects in Dubai

This post was first on MENA-Forum on 22 September 2014. Since then, significant new developments are expected in Dubai over the next few years, after the UAE vice president Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum gave the Green light for major projects in Dubai.
Firstly, several landmark schemes run by the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) are due to be completed by 2018. They include the £920 million Royal Atlantis Resort on the Palm, and the £1.3 billion Dubai Waterfront mixed-use project.
Meanwhile, the One Za’abeel project will consist of two huge towers made up of both residential and commercial space, which are linked by a giant suspended bridge. Located in a landmark position between the Dubai World Trade Centre and Za’abeel Park . . .
